SABA Method helps owners keep complex homes prepared, maintained, documented, and operating as intended by coordinating the people, schedules, information, and improvements involved in caring for the property.
SABA Method is not a rental property manager. We do not market homes, place or manage tenants, collect rent, or operate short-term rentals. Our focus is the stewardship of privately occupied primary residences, second homes, and seasonal estates.

Aaron Chennells is the owner and founder of SABA Method and has been a licensed California general contractor since 1998. His personal experience spans structural waterproofing, finish carpentry, furniture building, hardscape, decorative concrete, residential service businesses, and the management of family vacation properties.
For 12 years, Aaron owned a restoration service company providing emergency response, specialty cleaning, property improvements, and renovation services for coastal homes. That experience gave him a practical understanding of how properties age, where problems begin, and the value of addressing them early.
As a homeowner, Aaron also understands that a well-maintained home is much more than just an asset. It is where families and friends gather, entertain, recharge, and enjoy life.
